All valid and fully paid apparel orders will undergo internal verification, quality inspection and pre-shipping preparation within 1 to 7 business days after order confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from the standard processing cycle. During busy sales periods with elevated order volumes, processing schedules may be slightly prolonged. We will promptly notify customers of any substantial delays and provide updated order progress in a timely manner.

Logistics fees are calculated individually for each order based on package weight, size specifications and final shipping destination. The estimated delivery period for standard international apparel shipments is roughly 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. All stated delivery durations are for reference only. Actual delivery speed may be affected by logistics provider delays, customs clearance procedures, extreme weather events, operational logistical limitations and regional holiday arrangements.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
